My client designs, engineers and manufactures bespoke automation systems for a global client base. They are looking for a Maintenance & Service Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Maintenance & Service Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- Have a Mechanical and/or Electrical background
- Fault-finding and preventative maintenance experience
- Able to understand drawings
- Ideally some experience in Controls/Automation/Machinery
- Knowledge of industrial control systems and PLCs would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about their work and keen to progress
The Maintenance & Service Engineer role will involve:
- Installation of control panels and electrical systems
- Automated control and security systems commissioning and servicing
- Managing wiring processes
- Providing breakdown support
- Travel throughout the UK (Local area based on your location)
