What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
• Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback
• Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
• Managing lets from offer stage through to move-in
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Supporting the growth of local market share and business generation

• Previous experience in lettings or residential estate agency essential
• Strong knowledge of the lettings process and current legislation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
