This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, dynamic online villa specialist with ambitious plans for the future.
As Senior Escalation Claims Handler, you\’ll help manage post-travel complex customer claims and compliance matters, ensuring fair, timely, and professional resolutions while safeguarding the company’s interests.
You’ll be responsible for managing a broad portfolio of legal claims and disputes, including County Court small claims, arbitration cases, solicitor-led claims, and personal injury matters, while ensuring compliance with UK consumer laws, GDPR, and industry regulations.
Our client is looking for a highly experienced claims handler and problem-solver—someone with exceptional attention to detail, legal process expertise, and the ability to work independently while liaising effectively with solicitors, insurers, regulators, and internal teams. The role requires a confident communicator who thrives under pressure, can handle multiple cases simultaneously, and is comfortable attending mediations and court hearings when required.
