My client is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding team in central Nottingham.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and complex title work.
- Alongside your own files, manage and support the junior members of the team, ensuring high-quality work and contributing to their ongoing development.
- Help shape the firm’s plans to expand the department and contribute to its future growth.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing, with the confidence to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
- Ability to support junior team members, build trusted client relationships and contribute to the department’s ongoing growth.
