As part of their ongoing digital transformation and automation strategy, they are seeking a Senior Low Code Business Analyst to join their high-performing Centre of Excellence (CoE). This is a unique opportunity to take a strategic leadership role in an ambitious organisation at the forefront of Intelligent Automation looking to transform the organisation through the use of Power Platform.
You will own all business analysis activities relating to Low Code and Power Platform across the business. You’ll lead and mentor a Business Analyst, guiding the successful delivery of key initiatives while driving best practices across the practice. You’ll build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, aligning business goals with Intelligent automation solutions. As part of the CoE, you’ll support a pipeline of automation projects and play a key role in shaping the future of Intelligent Automation across a complex, multi-site environment.
Key Requirements:- 7+ years’ experience with Low Code technologies such as Power Platform, Appian, Mendix, OutSystems or Pega Systems, including involvement in large-scale automation projects.
- A strong background in business analysis within complex, multi-site organisational settings.
- Skilled at navigating shifting priorities while delivering impactful solutions that align with business objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly at the senior leadership level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop other team members in a structured or matrixed environment.
