It is ideally suited to a senior litigator or legal professional looking to step into a wider leadership role with real influence over service delivery and performance.

The Role

  • Maintaining and enhancing compliance frameworks, including supervision under the Legal Services Act
  • Driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and service optimisation
  • Managing performance, resourcing, and utilisation across teams
  • Overseeing high-value and complex matters, including audit and review processes
  • Contributing to strategic and operational decision-making
  • Supporting client relationships through training, engagement, and service development initiatives

About You

You will be:

  • A qualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE
  • Experienced in civil litigation (volume, insurance, or defendant work advantageous)
  • Proven in team leadership, supervision, or operational management within a legal environment
  • Commercially aware, process-driven, and comfortable managing delivery at scale
  • Highly organised, with the ability to balance quality, risk, and efficiency
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume legal services environment
  • Experience within advocacy services, legal operations, or scaled legal delivery models would be highly advantageous.

Why Apply?

  • Step into a broader leadership role beyond traditional fee-earning
  • Gain exposure to operational and strategic decision-making
  • Join a scalable and modern legal services platform
