About the Programme

The Chubb Apprenticeship Programme is a 24‑month opportunity designed to give you hands‑on experience across our Claims and Underwriting Operations functions, spending 12 months in each area. This rotational structure provides a comprehensive understanding of the insurance cycle while equipping you with practical skills and industry knowledge. As an Apprentice, you’ll gain valuable insights and expertise that can pave the way for future roles in operations, underwriting, claims management, and risk analysis. The programme combines 20% structured learning with 80% on‑the‑job training, focusing on Chubb’s technical expertise, digital tools, and personal development.

Your Rotations

Underwriting Operations

  • Support underwriting teams to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Take ownership of key operational tasks, including:
