The Role
- Delivering targeted academic interventions and learning support.
- Supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom.
- Working alongside teachers to adapt learning for individual students.
- Building positive relationships with pupils and contributing to an exceptional learning environment.
- Supporting extracurricular activities, enrichment programmes and educational visits.
- Working collaboratively with families to help students achieve their full potential.
- Developing expertise in assessment, child development and additional educational needs.
Ideal Candidate
- A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or another STEM-related subject.
- Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
