We are a long-established, privately owned manufacturing organisation located in the North West. The business specialises in a wide range of industrial packaging products.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to oversee all commercial activities across multiple divisions. This is a key position combining account management, business development, and strategic sales planning. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key customers, managing tenders, preparing quotations, resolving issues, and leading negotiations. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure lead times, product quality, and profitability targets are consistently achieved. The position offers a blend of office-based work with flexibility for customer visits and some home working. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, influence production and sales processes, and directly shape how we serve our customers. We’re seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can bring fresh ideas and commercial insight to support our ambitious growth strategy and expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer relationships across all business units
