Are you an emotionally intelligent, flexible, and charismatic individual seeking a role supporting vulnerable children as a SEMH Teaching Assistant? A rapidly expanding Alternative Provision in Hillingdon is seeking a graduate to join their team as a SEMH Teaching Assistant, working with students who present with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, Autism, trauma‑related difficulties, and behavioural challenges.

As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you’ll support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups of up to six students, helping them to engage with learning and develop essential life and social skills.

Key responsibilities:
