Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education for children from birth to five
  • Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS
  • Building secure, nurturing relationships with children across all age groups
  • Observing and documenting children's learning and development, sharing progress meaningfully with families
  • Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment at all times
