Key Responsibilities
- Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education for children from birth to five
- Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Building secure, nurturing relationships with children across all age groups
- Observing and documenting children's learning and development, sharing progress meaningfully with families
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment at all times
- Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's high standards of practice
