Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the nursery team and set a positive, inclusive culture that prioritises high standards of care and education.
  • Ensure delivery of an engaging, child-led curriculum that supports learning through play.
  • Monitor quality and compliance, safeguarding, and health and safety across the setting.
  • Lead staff development, performance management, and effective collaboration with parents and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Nursery Manager or equivalent leadership role in early years settings.
  • Strong understanding of early years foundations, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.

Salary: £49,500 per year • Hours: 40 per week • Contract: All year round
