My client is one of the leading Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built over many years. Due to an uplift in their Lettings department, they are looking for a Lettings Negotiator who will be dealing with front-end duties including enquiries from landlords and tenants, booking and carrying out viewings, tying up offers, dealing with applications, preparing move-in files and all associated administration. A modern and proactive brand that believes in providing staff with a great work environment, a strong commission package and ongoing career progression.
