As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, you will join a fun and professional team dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Arranging and Carrying Out Property Viewings: Conduct engaging and informative viewings that showcase properties in the best light.
- Negotiating Sales: Utilize your negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Listening to Buyer Requirements: Understand potential buyers’ needs to pair them with the most suitable properties.
- Customer Liaison: Provide timely responses to customer enquiries and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process.
- Registering Applicants: Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales role
- Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal communication skills are vital for effectively engaging with clients and colleagues.
- Driving License: A full UK driving license and access to a car.
Working hours - Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9.30am - 3.30pm with day off in lieu.
