We are recruiting for a permanent German & English Bilingual Customer Service Advisor to speak both German and English. Hybrid for Ringwood, Hampshire office.
Main Purpose of Customer Service Advisor role:
- Responding to English and German emails
- Answering English and German calls
- Dealing with customer queries on our system and translating replies from English to German and German to English
- Delivering customer service/excellence in all aspects of supporting the client’s customers over the phone and in writing in both English and German
- Communicating directly with customers on the phone, by email, social media and live web chat
- Reporting into the German Team Leader
You should have:
- A natural ability to communicate and empathise
- A confident and professional manner
- A real willingness to help a customer with their challenge

Salaries & Working Hours:
- Salary: £26,312 per annum
- Location: Hybrid for Ringwood, Hampshire office
- Hours: 40 paid hours per week
- Shifts: Monday – Saturday, 8‑hour shifts between 8 am and 8 pm, rota provided 2 weeks in advance
