The role will support students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, working closely with pupils requiring additional academic, social and emotional support. You will deliver targeted interventions on a 1:1 and small-group basis, support students with SEND, SEMH and other additional learning needs, and assist teachers with classroom delivery and behaviour management strategies. You will contribute positively to the wider school community.

Applicants should hold a minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology. Previous experience working with young people is highly desirable. A genuine interest in education, psychology or mental health is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive, resilient and compassionate approach.
