Are you an experienced hospitality professional who loves leading a team and delivering great customer experiences? We’re recruiting a Retail Catering Supervisor on behalf of our client to support the smooth running of multiple busy food & beverage outlets within a vibrant events-based venue in North Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone energetic, organised, and confident in managing people in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in leading teams, maintaining excellent standards, and ensuring every customer receives a friendly, professional service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating kiosk teams to deliver outstanding service
- Training, developing, and supporting staff to build confidence and consistency
- Scheduling and managing staffing levels, including agency workers
- Overseeing the setup, operation, and close-down of all catering outlets
- Managing stock levels, ordering, and waste control
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are always met
- Delivering clear pre-event briefings and end-of-shift debriefs
- Responding to customer issues with professionalism and care
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality, stadium, or catering environment (essential).
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (minimum).
- Recognised catering or hospitality qualification (desirable).
- Knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and health and safety regulations.
- Experience managing stock control and operational paperwork.
- Physically fit and able to lift or carry catering equipment and stock as required.
