We’re thrilled to be supporting one of the most stylish and unique hotels in the Cotswolds as they look for a confident and personable Restaurant Manager to lead their relaxed yet refined dining operation. The hotel is home to a lively open‑kitchen restaurant that showcases quality British produce with a creative twist, all served up in a vibrant and informal setting. If you’re passionate about hospitality, great food, and warm, friendly service, this one’s for you!

Due to the hotel’s countryside location, having your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager:

  • Leading and motivating the front‑of‑house team to deliver friendly, polished service

  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and hotel leadership to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
  • Managing rotas, training, stock and service standards
