Our client is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer for its Mexborough office. This is an office-based role suited to someone who enjoys managing their own caseload, takes pride in client care, and can run residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will handle the legal aspects of buying and selling residential property, managing your own caseload of transactions and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and compliantly.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
- Communicating with clients clearly and proactively throughout the transaction
- Liaising with third parties as required to progress matters
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the process
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing (solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or experienced conveyancer)
- Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a well organised approach
- Confident, professional communication style with a focus on client care
- A practical, solutions-led mindset and the ability to keep transactions moving
