You’ll manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and client-focused service.

Essential

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
  • 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Ability to run files independently
  • Excellent client communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience with high-volume caseloads
  • Familiarity with case management software (e.g. Leap, Proclaim)
  • Business development or networking experience
