Job Description
Working for an expanding adventure travel marketing & representation agency, this is an exciting opportunity in a small but fast-growing travel business with plenty of scope for future development. Working across a range of products & clients, primarily DMCs and individual lodges and hotels, to help drive and develop commercial relationships with tour operators, to grow awareness, distribution, and sales opportunities.
Success in the role means developing profitable business for the clients you manage—achieving coverage for the products in brochures/websites, marketing materials, etc., to increase sales.
Responsibilities include generating new opportunities, building relationships with new and existing tour operator partners, identifying and attending networking and promotional events, researching new distribution opportunities, and implementing relevant activations for product awareness and sales growth.
Product/destination experience of ideally Africa (or specialist DMCs/bespoke accommodation products) is preferred. This role is ideally suited to someone with approximately 10 years of industry experience, with a background in product, sales, marketing, or representation.
