A growing UK insurance broker is seeking experienced Commercial Account Handlers and Commercial Account Executives to join their dynamic commercial team. This is a client-facing role managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) and commercial clients across a range of insurance products, including commercial combined, property, motor, and specialty lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients, including renewals, endorsements, and new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and insurers
- Prepare and present risk assessments and quotations to clients
- Support business development and cross-selling initiatives
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
- Mentor junior team members (for senior roles) and contribute to team best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial insurance broking or account handling
