If your next job needs to be with a company that has the security and maturity of a large, established business, but without any of the politics and micro‑management that are sometimes part and parcel of large businesses. There is a culture of internal development and promotion at this business, and there are a lot of long‑term employees.

You would get to use your experience in managing all aspects of planning and warehousing for another food company, with a Production Planning Manager, Materials Planning Manager, and Despatch Manager reporting into you. This wouldn’t be a challenge, as you have done this before, but you would be challenged in developing the capabilities of your cross‑functional team and the departments as a whole.
