Overview
Seeking an in‑house lawyer with experience in real estate disputes, both contentious and non‑contentious. Must be able to contribute to fee‑earning work and bring business‑development ideas, including use of AI and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Handle real estate dispute matters (both contentious and non‑contentious).
- Develop and propose solutions to improve service delivery, including technology such as AI.
- Engage stakeholders and maintain client‑centric focus.
- Create and drive new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience working in‑house, ideally with a Big‑4 firm (PwC) or similar.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
- Business‑development‑oriented mindset.
Location & Employment
Full time preferred; part time considered. London (preferred) or Manchester.
Remuneration
