Our client is entering an exciting phase of growth and they are now seeking talented, driven lawyers to join their North London office.

This is a rare opportunity to work in a firm that combines high-quality work, supportive leadership, and clear progression pathways, offering exposure across both residential and commercial property matters depending on your expertise.

The Opportunity

You will join a collegial and well-regarded property team, working closely with experienced partners and benefiting from high levels of client contact. The firm is keen to appoint:

  • A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, and/or
  • A Commercial Property & Secured Lending Solicitor

Both roles offer strong autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your specialism, your work will include:

  • Residential Conveyancing: Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, providing high-quality client service to individuals and investors.
  • Commercial Property & Secured Lending: Advising on commercial acquisitions and disposals, acting on behalf of lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions, drafting and negotiating leases, licences, and related documentation, supporting on more complex transactions alongside senior lawyers.

About You

To be considered, you will demonstrate:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–5 years’ PQE
  • Strong experience in either: Residential conveyancing, or Commercial property / secured lending work
  • Proven ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Excellent technical drafting and client‑handling skills
  • High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
  • Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships

Location: North London
Working pattern: Hybrid (office and remote working)
