Our client, a thriving law firm in Milton Keynes, offers you the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of business-owning and high-net-worth clients across the property development, hospitality, leisure, retail, and agriculture sectors. The Role:
- Manage your own caseload of freehold and leasehold acquisitions/disposals
- Run complex commercial property transactions from inception to completion
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters, including new/renewal leases and 1954 Act applications
- Draft and review infrastructure and property-related construction documentation
- Deliver efficient, business-focused legal solutions to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues on substantial, high-value transactions
- Support department growth through exceptional client service
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law (UK practice)
- Proven experience in freehold/leasehold transactions and landlord/tenant matters
- Strong technical skills in infrastructure and construction documentation
- Excellent client relationship management and commercial awareness
- Ability to handle complex transactions independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience with business development and client portfolio growth
- Familiarity with a wide range of commercial sectors
