Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in online travel or travel-tech to lead the delivery of high-impact digital initiatives across a fast-paced, customer-focused business. From new supplier API integrations to e-commerce journey enhancements, you’ll manage the full project lifecycle—ensuring delivery is timely, within budget, and to spec. This is a hands-on role, requiring someone who’s not afraid to dive into data, spreadsheets, and tooling to remove blockers and keep momentum high. You’ll work closely with Product, Technology, Commercial teams, and third-party vendors to translate ideas into robust, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software delivery (Agile and Waterfall), deep experience in the travel sector, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive self-starter, you’ll be adept at juggling priorities and resolving problems independently while maintaining a high attention to detail. Strong analytical skills, technical fluency, and a proven ability to manage integrations and data accuracy will set you up for success in this hybrid role based in Chester.
