We are working with a 5* PLC Housebuilder who are leading the way in building safety. Our client is signed up to the industry pledge to address necessary fire-safety issues on all buildings of 11 metres and above and are now recruiting a team nationally to lead the project management of this remediation work. The Project Managers will report into a Project Director who is part of the Group unit for building safety.

The Project Manager will have responsibility for a number of projects in their geographic patch. These will primarily be RC frame buildings that will have a contractor appointed to complete the fire remediation work such as cladding. This role will take responsibility for the programme (with support from the Project Director) through to completion ensuring completed on time, on budget and to the correct standard. The role will be the main point of contact for multiple stakeholders including the contractor, the residents and the internal commercial and technical teams. There will be set KPIs for the Programme, Health and Safety, Cost control, Quality control and recording of information, Customer and resident’s liaison and management.

Essential experience:
