This is a brilliant opportunity to join a high-growth, premium chilled food brand that’s redefining its category through bold flavours, innovation and quality-led product development. With a strong retail footprint and ambitious expansion plans, the business is investing heavily in its food capability and now seeks a hands-on Product Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping the next wave of grocery launches.

You’ll sit at the heart of innovation, working end-to-end on products that go from concept to shelf, collaborating closely with production, technical, procurement and key manufacturing partners in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

The role – key responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end product development: From concept creation and recipe development through to trials, scale-up and launch, ensuring products deliver on taste, quality, nutrition and commercial targets.
  • Own recipe quality and continuous improvement: Enhance existing products through benchmarking, testing and optimisation, balancing flavour, cost, shelf-life and manufacturing capability.
  • Partner cross-functionally and externally: Work closely with suppliers, manufacturing partners and internal teams to source ingredients, validate processes and ensure seamless product execution.
