What the School is Looking For:

The ideal Primary LSA will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous child‑centred experience in a UK primary school or educational setting is highly valued. The school is seeking a compassionate, patient, and proactive Primary LSA with strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young learners. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

Salary and Contract Info:

  • £444 per week, pro rata to term time only
  • Full‑time, long‑term contract from September 2026 to July 2027
  • Term‑time only
  • Potential for extended contracts or teacher training pathways following a successful placement
