Join the Founding Team of a New Pre‑Preparatory School in Epping as a Primary Literacy Teacher. A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Primary Literacy Teacher to join the founding team of a brand‑new pre‑preparatory school for children aged 3–7. This role is ideal for a Primary Literacy Teacher who is passionate about early reading, phonics, language development and nurturing confident, articulate young learners within a calm, structured and beautifully designed environment.

As a Primary Literacy Teacher, you will shape the school’s early approach to reading, writing and communication. You will introduce young children to high‑quality phonics, early comprehension, vocabulary building, storytelling and purposeful mark‑making, ensuring lessons are joyful, engaging and developmentally aligned. You will play a key role in establishing strong routines, rich language experiences and a love of books across EYFS and KS1.
