An established specialist interiors contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful installation and delivery of bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects across the UK. Working closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and installation teams, you will take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and workmanship. This is a hands-on leadership role where attention to detail, communication skills and pride in delivery are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Site Management
  • Coordinating installation teams and subcontractors
  • Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
  • Monitoring site progress and reporting updates to Project Managers
  • Managing site logistics and access requirements

  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements
  • Conducting site inspections and toolbox talks
  • Managing RAMS and site documentation
  • Promoting a positive safety culture on site
  • Quality & Delivery
  • Ensuring exceptional standards of finish and workmanship
  • Monitoring installation quality throughout projects
  • Managing snagging and defect resolution
  • Supporting project handovers and client sign-off
  • Acting as the primary site contact for clients and contractors
  • Managing expectations and resolving issues professionally
  • Maintaining strong working relationships throughout project delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Site Manager, Installation Manager or Supervisory experience
  • Experience delivering fit-out, joinery or interior projects
  • Strong understanding of site operations and programme management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Full UK driving licence
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Joinery or carpentry background
  • Experience within commercial interiors or workplace fit-out
  • Fire door or passive fire protection knowledge
