Lettings Property Manager - Penarth - up to £28k
My client is a leading, multi-branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive business in the area. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join this busy office. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months Lettings Property Management experience.
Main Duties to include:
- Carry out property inspections and end of tenancy inspections
- Assist with maintenance issues
- Liaise professionally with landlords, contract-holders, and suppliers to keep all parties informed
- Notify utility providers, council tax, and water authorities of tenant changes
- Support colleagues across the lettings property management team with general administration as required
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office by assisting with day-to-day tasks and ensuring compliance with internal processes
Essential Skills Required:
- Previous experience in residential lettings or property management
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
