We are seeking a Power System Studies Engineer for a 6-12 month assignment, based in Leatherhead, Surrey to support Aramco projects. The contract will be outside of IR35 subject to IR35 determination and will require the successful candidate to be in the office 4 days a week and work remotely 1 day a week.
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a Power systems studies engineer to support onshore projects.
Skills / Experience
- To include captive power generation, with or without grid connection
- Studies will include equipment sizing, load flow, short circuit, dynamic motor starting, harmonic studies, arc flash & transient stability
- Tasks will include running power system studies and overseeing third party vendors
- Provide power system studies for projects including EMT software
- Intermediate know‑how using ETAP
