Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed Financial Planning Reports for Advisers to present to clients
- Conduct research and analysis on financial products and solutions to support tailored recommendations
- Assist with client reviews and handle day-to-day client queries
- Submit and monitor applications with product providers
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records within the company’s systems
- Prepare client review packs, illustrations, and documentation as required
- Keep up to date with financial products, legislation, and regulatory changes
- Work in line with firm and industry guidelines, maintaining compliance and data integrity standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a financial advice or wealth management firm, including report writing and technical support
- Diploma-qualified (or working towards this) preferred, though strong paraplanning experience will also be considered
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
