They are now looking for a Head Chef to lead a brigade of 15 chefs, driving standards, consistency and creativity while ensuring the operation runs smoothly during high-volume services.

  • Leading, inspiring and developing a kitchen team of 15 chefs
  • Delivering consistently high standards across a busy, fresh food operation
  • Overseeing service for up to 200 covers during peak periods
  • Managing food costs, GP and labour in line with agreed targets
  • Working closely with senior management to drive the business forward
