Our client is one of London’s most iconic 5-star hotels, renowned for its timeless elegance, exceptional service and world-class dining. They are looking for a talented and reliable Night Baker to join their kitchen team, working overnight to produce outstanding breads and pastries for their luxury outlets.

You’ll be joining a passionate team of two bakers, ensuring the hotel’s guests wake up to the very best quality baked goods each morning.

Responsibilities as a Night Baker:

  • Producing high-quality breads and Danish pastries overnight for the hotel’s restaurants, lounges and room service
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of consistency, flavour and presentation
  • Working closely with your fellow baker to complete production efficiently and on time
  • Upholding excellent food safety, hygiene and HACCP practices
  • Contributing to seasonal menu development and new product ideas
