Nursery Room Leader

This Room Leader role is a hands‑on leadership position within a well-established nursery rated Good by Ofsted. You’ll take full responsibility for your room, setting the standard for practice, organisation, and child experience, while working closely with senior leadership to keep the day running smoothly.

The nursery operates from a purpose‑designed building with a private garden and Forest School, offering children a varied, active learning environment that blends structure with warmth. Days are busy, practical, and focused on delivering consistent, high‑quality early years care.
