We are hiring for our client, a growing and highly respected construction organisation, seeking an experienced working Site Supervisor to support domestic and residential projects across Dublin and Louth. This Site Supervisor role offers the opportunity to lead site teams while remaining hands-on, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Role
- Study mechanical layouts using Procore and identify issues at prestart meetings
- Oversee installation of mechanical systems including piping and fixtures
- Lead site operatives and apprentices with support from senior leadership
- Coordinate with contractors, managers, and stakeholders to maintain workflow
- Promote site safety, conduct inspections, and manage accident protocols
- Maintain accurate site records and report issues to the main contractor
- Ensure quality workmanship from staff and subcontractors
- Support materials ordering and delivery logistics with procurement
- Oversee testing and commissioning activities
- Capture RFIs, damage, theft, and scope changes through Procore
The Person
- Time served Plumber with experience in a similar supervisory role
- Strong communicator with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Comfortable working under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Full clean driving licence with flexibility to travel across sites
- Valid safety certifications essential
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
