The Person
- A proven Bookkeeper with a background in the property sector
- Knowledge of Alto software would be an advantage
- Experienced with Excel
- Experience of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
- Ideally hold a Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification
The Role
- Supporting the business in all aspects of day to day bookkeeping, including logging rent payments, allocating deposits, chasing overdue rents and payments
- Raising and issuing invoices to clients and processing contractor invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Raising and issuing statements
- Uploading payments for approval
- Weekly and monthly reporting to the Finance Director
