As a Patient Care Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients experiencing musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions — helping guide them through their care journey and ensuring they receive the support, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment they need. The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, professional, and supportive experience over the telephone. You’ll listen carefully to patient needs, answer queries, and ensure every interaction is handled with empathy and efficiency.
