We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, sales focussed and confident Property Manager / Lettings Negotiator to join this forward thinking Lettings Agency in Newcastle.

You will be working within an already established team to ensure the successful management and letting of the extensive portfolio.

The Reward

The Role

  • Handling property enquiries
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective tenants
  • Entering into negotiations to secure leases on properties in the portfolio
  • Managing legal documentation
  • Working with landlords to manage their properties professionally and efficiently
  • Managing tenant queries and support
  • Managing the delivery of property maintenance
  • Carrying out property inspections in line with tenancy requirements
  • Working with the marketing team on an ongoing campaign across multiple channels to successfully let the portfolio
