An enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated individual is now required to join this outstanding, and rapidly expanding firm of Solicitors as a Client Onboarding Executive in Milton Keynes. The primary function of this role is to convert incoming leads into new business for the Conveyancing team, and onboard them successfully. This role will suit someone either from a similar incoming new business role, or perhaps a background in Estate Agency; either way, sales experience is a must. Additionally, the role would suit someone with some sales or client management experience with a keen interest in developing a career in the legal sector.

The Role
- Working within a team of 4, converting inbound enquiries and leads into new business for the Conveyancing teams
- Creating new client files and setting up on the Case Management System
- On-boarding
- Preparing and sending quotes
- Conducting Anti-Money Laundering Checks
- Requesting initial funds on account
The Person
- Ideally from a similar new business, client onboarding or Estate Agency background
- Have a proven track record in a sales environment
- Possess a confident and professional telephone manner
- Be highly literate, able to converse professionally both in writing and verbally
- Be a team player, always working towards a common goal
- Be IT literate, confident in using a variety of software and databases
