Overview
Role Overview: This role will support the planning and delivery of the marketing activities across digital, retail and other promotional channels. This role is suited to passionate marketers, with a love for food, branding and seeing great ideas come to life! You will be part of a diverse marketing team and get to play an active role in executing exciting launch campaigns and building a strong brand image!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Brandbank to ensure new products are on the system ahead of the launch date. This includes sending samples to Brandbank for photography and data capture.
- Update any product or marketing changes on Brandbank.
- Assist with decision making on what products to purchase reviews for, and actioning via Brand Allies. Checking on the review campaign and updating the team thereafter. Arranging internal scheme for staff to leave product reviews on retailer websites.
- Update the marketing spreadsheet each week with the latest plans and projects, including social media, latest product launches and campaigns. Leading the meeting and making sure anything is actioned that needs to be by the next week.
- Assist with new product packaging designs.
- Plan sampling events: Planning sample quantities with production, arranging logistics and storage for the samples, communicating with external contacts to make sure we have adequate access, space and any resources required for the event to go smoothly. Arranging transport for any equipment and leftover samples to be taken back to our site.
- Support on building and executing social media & content plans.
- Oversee Influencer marketing β new product gifting, gift boxes.
- Find appropriate and relevant brands to collaborate with and arrange the delivery of products, content schedule and concepts.
- Internal marketing β Awards, Townhalls and internal newsletters.
- Email marketing newsletters.
