This role sits within a growing, supportive team and offers the chance to work on complex deals while also running your own matters, building technical depth and developing strong client relationships. You will support a dynamic real estate finance practice acting for lenders across a range of transactions. Depending on experience, you will assist on larger, more complex deals and manage smaller transactions independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting on a range of real estate finance transactions for lender clients
- Supporting larger, more complex deals and running smaller matters with appropriate supervision
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and ancillary documentation
- Supporting property due diligence and managing transaction processes and timelines
- Supervising and supporting junior team members (including NQs and paralegals)
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and cross-referral opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
- 4+ years’ PQE with experience in real estate finance and/or commercial property
- Strong technical ability across commercial property and landlord and tenant matters
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Commercial, pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Confident communicator who works well as part of a team
