Are you ambitious, motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? My client is an award-winning independent estate agency in Chorlton, seeking a Property Consultant to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will receive:

  • £26,000 per annum (plus uncapped commission)
  • Pension

  • 28 days annual leave (increasing year 1, 3 and 5)

The role:

  • Registering and qualifying buyers through social media, website and online portals.
  • Conducting property viewings.
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales, liaising with vendors and buyers.
  • Building strong client relationships.
  • Generating new business opportunities.

About you:

  • You will be a real people person with strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 18 months sales experience with the ability to build and develop relationships.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Due to the nature of this role, a full clean UK driving license is essential. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30, working 1 Saturday in 3.
