Are you ambitious, motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? My client is an award-winning independent estate agency in Chorlton, seeking a Property Consultant to join the team on a permanent basis.
You will receive:
- £26,000 per annum (plus uncapped commission)
- Pension

- 28 days annual leave (increasing year 1, 3 and 5)
- Annual team events
The role:
- Registering and qualifying buyers through social media, website and online portals.
- Conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales, liaising with vendors and buyers.
- Building strong client relationships.
- Generating new business opportunities.
About you:
- You will be a real people person with strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of 18 months sales experience with the ability to build and develop relationships.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Due to the nature of this role, a full clean UK driving license is essential. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30, working 1 Saturday in 3.
