We’re working with a large organisation going through major cyber transformation to hire a Cyber Security Architect. This role is responsible for leading the integration of cybersecurity by design across Digital, Enterprise, and Operational Technology systems, ensuring proactive risk mitigation and compliance from the outset.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement security architectures aligned with enterprise strategy, regulations, and control standards.
- Collaborate with Enterprise, Solution, and OT Architects to embed security in all designs.
- Define and maintain security standards, guidelines, and reference architectures.
- Deliver clear cybersecurity advice to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Champion 'Secure by Design' across ISO/ICT.
What we’re looking for:
- Expertise in enterprise IT systems, networks, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), secure design principles, and architecture frameworks.
- Proven experience in security architecture or secure systems engineering in complex IT/OT environments, creating technical designs for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of threat modelling, secure architectures, and assurance processes.
- Experience delivering 'secure by design' in regulated sectors (e.g., critical national infrastructure, defence).
- Proficiency in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA).
- Whilst we are looking for Cyber Security Architects, we’re open to speaking to Infrastructure Architects or TDA's that have experience securing networks or cloud security and are looking to specialise in Security Architecture.
