As a specialist provider of resource to the Property and Technology markets, we are delighted to be partnering with a social enterprise offering you the opportunity to make a difference and gain experience as part of a modern digital environment within a company that is investing and developing within itself and its employees. The role is initially offered as a 3-month contract and inside of IR35.
The purpose of your role will be to both plan and drive the delivery of change adoption and business readiness strategies as part of an ERP system implementation, ensuring the necessary technology, process and people changes are delivered to achieve business benefits.
Ongoing responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the definition of the change management strategy
- Leading on stakeholder engagement and the delivery of a targeted communications strategy
- Owning the stakeholder analysis matrix
- Designing and implementing training strategy
- Developing transition plans in preparation for BAU
- Defining and managing readiness measures
- Triaging post go live support issues
