Energy, elegance, and organisation. We are recruiting for a Lounge Manager to oversee all-day dining and afternoon tea within a prestigious 5-star hotel in London. This is a high-visibility operation, particularly during afternoon tea and peak weekend services.

  • £41,200 per annum plus £10,000 service charge (negotiable)

We’re looking for someone from a strong 5-star or fine dining background who combines structure with personality. You must be comfortable managing a large team while maintaining elegance.
